A little on the fence about the service. During my last visit, my bottom wire wasn’t replaced. Felt this was due to them being short staffed, which gave the impression that they were rushing to get patients in and out. At checkout I was given an appointment that would have me come back in 2 months. That seems a long time to go without wires being replaced, not to mention I called a week later to inform them that a bracket broke which they said could be fixed at my next appointment….2 months. Open once a week in zebulon??? Why??? There is an orthodontist that live in zebulon that needs to buy Laster out and be open 5DAYS A WEEK! One day hello. Does that make since Laster. No sir no ma'am.
