My experience with Laster orthodontist was amazing. I wore liners for one year and Every visit was the same. The Entire staff are professional and very welcoming.
A little on the fence about the service. During my last visit, my bottom wire wasn’t replaced. Felt this was due to them being short staffed, which gave the impression that they were rushing to get patients in and out. At checkout I was given an appointment that would have me come back in 2 months. That seems a long time to go without wires being replaced, not to mention I called a week later to inform them that a bracket broke which they said could be fixed at my next appointment….2 months.
