Maybe teach your drivers how to drive safely and not be unprofessional. One of your drivers in one of your limos almost hit the front end of my vehicle after illegally cutting in front and then proceeded to give me the finger because I honked at him. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour from a driver and it presents serious safety concerns. Our chauffeur, Abby, was very patient and professional. Gave my entire family an experience of a lifetime. Ride was on-time to and fro the venue. I'll definitely use this service again
We were extremely disappointed with our experience with Last Minute Limos. I had emailed a week prior and called the day before our wedding to confirm our pickup, drop-off, and timeline itinerary, and both times they acknowledged everything. Unfortunately, the service on our wedding day was a complete disaster. The limo showed up 30 minutes late to pick up the groom and groomsmen, then arrived 40 minutes late to pick up the bride and bridesmaids. We took the limo for a 25 minute taxi to a restaurant one way and the driver had added a $50 tip to the cost at the end. I have no problem tipping but this seemed way to high for a quick ride.
Great experience, very accommodating throughout the service. Booking was simple via text and rates were very fair, best in town. The driver was professional and friendly, allowed for stops as we wished and didn’t rush us at any stage. The 28 seater party bus was in top condition with comfy seats and great sound system for the music.
