The Z Miami Special Edition - Super 73 was Sold Out every where I called, also Sold out on line . I finally found this store in New York that had the e-bike I needed for my grandson. I ordered it on Wednesday, December 17 and it was delivered to Florida on Monday, December 22 right in time for Christmas. I had an issue with a brand new Segway scooter. The Last Mile is an authorized repair center so I dropped it off. Then I had another issue and I dropped it off again, all within 2 months of my purchase. The staff there is always always super helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Pete and Nick! Their patience and professionalism should be a standard across the board.
