Great customer service and good communication
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Helped fix my charging issue at no cost, and filed a warranty for me. This will now be my regular shop to service my jackrabbit e-bike 🤙🏽
1st time visiting need ninebot max g30 repaired and Brian (Technician) was great from beginning to end with periodic updates. Owner and his team is great at what they do and will visit again!
Stopped by with 2 e-bikes that each had brake cable problems. Despite not serving the brand, Last Mile fixed them for free. Very knowledgeable and great service!
