Incredibly knowledgeable, humble, and supportive staff…they’re also just cool. As I was shopping around for an e-bike I found that Last Mile carried every bike I was checking out online. The team was super friendly—broke down the pros and cons of the bikes in a very comprehensive no sales pressure kinda way. Truly a passionate and very cool place. The people working here are very kind and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I had flat tires on both the front and rear of my scooter. Especially, black gummy residue was coming out from the tires and dirtying the wheels. Before the repair, they disclosed and itemized each cost to me so I could understand. The repair was completed within the timeframe they provided before the work started.
All the crew there are rockstars there good guys & get everything done smooth & simple & fast totally recommend this place any accessories or spare part or ebike or scooter or anything electric go here bought a bike & 2 scooters here
I bought a deck from these guys in the hopes that the service would be good. It’s not, they are not particularly helpful when it comes to warranty or any other repair. My foot will never step in there again.
I called about having my e-scooter’s brakes tightened and they told me they could do it over the phone. For reference: I walked into MiniMotors PEV NYC on the east side and the mechanic did the work on the spot in fifteen minutes. I showed up at Last Mile NYC and the front desk person asked me to wait.
