Rude and dismissive guy on the phone. Doesn’t have any people skills and doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Avoid this place if you cannot have proper communication with them how can you trust them.
Took my wife’s car a 2022 Prius prime to the Toyota dealership… $2250 was the quote… felt strange paying that much just for back brakes… called Lee took the car into his shop $1050…. With a long parts warranty Toyota didn’t even offer.. These guys do quality work.. they don’t cut corners and they take pride in the job they do. Want a garage you can trust?? The mechanics here are really skilled and very honest. A dealership told me I needed an alignment, but Last Chance checked everything and told me I didn’t, saving me money and earning my trust. I got a great deal on the work they did. However, I eventually stopped going because the man who answers the phone was consistently rude on separate occasions. The quality of the mechanics is great, but the front-desk customer service needs improvement.
