So.... I'm not quite sure I believe any other reviews I've been reading. This fine young man came all the way to Green Bay to fix my disabled vehicle, so I wouldn't have to have it towed to a rip off shop. He was on time, was in steady communication with me, walked me through every step, and even used his own vehicle to go to the auto parts store twice because of unforeseen problems with the vehicle.
