We were not happy with the customer service we received from this vendor. We used this service as they were considered a "preferred supplier" at the wedding venue for our daughter. They were to be at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony so that they could transport our guests from offsite parking. Five minutes prior to the start of the ceremony our wedding venue management was trying to track them down to find out where they were.
