I arrived for pickup and added a photo that shows which road to enter with a truck since it can be dark and not very visible. The staff here are fast and friendly, they loaded me quickly and everything was handled in a very professional way. There is plenty of room to turn around which makes it convenient for drivers. I was also accepted an hour before my appointment which really helped me save time. Great experience overall.

I went to this facility arrive there at 2:15 in the afternoon I was told to wait for a text message from the woman behind the desk I waited and waited and waited never got a text message at 10 minutes to 5:00 the forklift drive and knocked on my door and said I could go get my paperwork I asked them to write down my in and out times they told me my out time was 2:51 and it was 5:00 at night I asked them to correct it and they insulted me and said it's common sense to realize I had a green light when I was told to wait for a ... read more

Don’t follow your gps to the T. Turn at the traffic light and enter the neighborhood. Follow the road around it looks like we shouldn’t be done the alleyway but your good. The staff was polite and professional less than an hr for unloading. We had one issue with the red light green light but went inside and was given the ok to pull out of the dock door to leave.
