To get the best results, you need to be proactive with communication—those who don’t have great outcomes with marketing companies often aren’t engaging enough. Buyer Beware! They will take your money but not provide the service! They have been charging for about a year and a half, and no website yet! I have had my website done several times with different companies but never been this disappointed! Poor experience. They have a marketing manager who is your point of contract but all behind the scenes work is done by one person and not effectively. We were getting fake calls where patients would schedule and keep canceling appointments, or out of state patients calling to schedule even though we were reassured that they were doing only local SEO and they could not give is reports of what was done or show us results. Overall, a very poor experience with no accountability at all.
