Wow! They have a third party receptionist answering phone. She did not know phone numbers to call office while answering off site, but could email for return call. So not the personal experience.

Horrible service since changing over to Acrisure from Lassiter-ware. You can NEVER get someone to answer the phone. Nothing like before. When you could actually speak to a live person & get your questions answered instead of waiting days to weeks to even have someone call you back.

I had a great experience with Acrisure in Leesburg. I was previously paying about $200 more for less coverage with a competitor, so making the switch was an easy decision.
