I recently had an experience with Lassester’s Pool Service that left me underwhelmed. Although the installation of my pool liner was prompt and well-executed, the subsequent customer service was disappointing. After making a full payment via CashApp, I received a receipt confirming the transaction. I called Mr. Lassiter late on a Saturday afternoon as soon as I realized my pool had emptied almost completely by accident (valve on WASTE instead of FILTER) My new liner was sagging , and I thought this was somewhat an emergency as I did not want to replace this liner due to holes or wrinkles. Mr Lassiter did not know me , but answered his cell and came on to my house within the hour and helped me with the problem. Came to our house. Cut a piece off our pool pump. Haven’t been able to run pump in 5 days. Wife asked when the part would be in. Bobby blows up over misunderstanding. I tried to personally call him and explain misunderstanding. Wouldnt let me speak. Hung up on me. Now we can’t run our pump at all. Very unprofessional. If you want to call me back and let me speak and explain I’d love too.
Bobby and his crew did an excellent job!
Treat your employees better. Being the owner doesn’t give you the right to treat employees with disrespect.
