Wow thought I was truly the only person that this has happened to. The manager is bringing down this property she is never in the office. One day I walked in and she was past out. Then days later she swears someone robbed her while she was asleep. She down right avoided the housing guy. All I wanted was to make the owner aware of some bigger issues. The manager CARMEN has been the worst manager I've ever dealt with. She talks about everyone that lives here to other residents tells all your business that your late on rent etc. She TRYS to get loud with you and gets an attitude when you tell her something is wrong in your apartment and always says she's going to charge you for what's wrong with these old apartments. She's VER forgetful and RUDE. She acts like she's the owner and acts like the rent money is going into her pocket. Horrible manger move in if you what problem... read more

I TOTALLY agree with the comments below!! The manager Carmen is the rudest and forgetful person!! She will give you attitude, I don't know who the owners are but they have no idea of what kind of person is in charge of the business! If you don't want to have problems, don't move there. Don't waste your money or time.

Carmen is forgetfull. Stuff like, No I never said pay 1/2 the first month (Eviction Notice!) I can't find ur check (Eviction Notice!). Lets just say, shes Eviction Notice happy. Don't be surprised to find one on your door. Look over the apartment your getting before signing anything. She might give you one thats got filthy carpeting. Management is always changing. Ofcourse it's always someone that looks like they just got out of the Penn. Neighbors are either smoking/selling drugs. Gunshots and Cops, Always!

If I told my best friend or family member or even a STRANGER about this place, I'd say: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, The apartments are in a bad condition and what makes it WORST is the MANAGEMENT, if you have a problem with your apartment, don't expect them to fix it right away they usually take up to a week or more to fix it. They change maintenance men every month, they will not answer your calls, the office is ALWAYS closed, you have to pay to get in the pool yet people from other apartments nearby get in for FREE, AC's are o... read more

DON'T DO IT!!! Aparmtent Mgr Carmen is forgetful. If she gets in trouble for screwing up, she will pin it on you. She will call you numerous times, even after you've made arrangments whether verbal or written. SHE'S UNORGANIZED!!! She will send the maintenance man to the wrong aparment. She will leave notices on your door with your information. Anyone can walk by and look at it. She will mistake you for someone else and tell you all their business. We paid all application fees 35.00 for myself and 35.00 for my fiancee on top of that 250.00 for the deposit. We got the call to move in and we just had a son so we were very excited to move into our first place.we were told that the house would be cleaned and ready to move into.... 8/1/11 came along and we signed the lease and paid our first mont rent 540.00 for our one bedroom then were handed the keys.
