Took my new car in for its first oil change. The service desk and lounge traded places in the building and it's a great change. I also appreciate the services this shop provides. Nice people, good work. We haven't had to have major repairs done on our two new Toyotas yet, so I can't speak to that.
My family and I was looked after by Roger at the Albany Toyota Service & Parts Center the last time we visited for the Toyota recommended 6-monthly service of our 2023 Corolla. Roger not only explained everything during and after the service, he also honored his word for everything he promised. We visited the center again for an issue that occurred after the service and he did not hesitate to fix it whenever we can bring the vehicle back in. And, he obliged when we did. Great old-fashioned customer service!
