While passing through Susanville on Father's Day, our tire pressure monitor light went on. I was without a tire pressure gauge and pump, and this shop was the only place open. I pulled up with my family in tow and asked for help. They were quickly able to check all the tires pressures and explain what was going on with the vehicle. I really appreciated their willingness to help promptly considering my unannounced visit.
Coolant leak. Parts in stock. In and out. Reasonable price. Recommend stopping here for service. Friendly people.
Quick and inexpensive
Customer service is awful. Brian is a total jerk and at least one of his employees is a total jerk too. Forgot about our scheduled appointment and then cancelled it when we complained about poor customer service.
