Lassen Landing is just to a few businesses, the one I frequent is Higher Ground Coffee: you can't go wrong with a great "cup o Joe", though my favorite choices are either the Mexican Mocha or the Cold Brew coffee over ice. You can also find some GREAT scones here (baked fresh daily), breakfast sandwiches and bowls - just about anything you might need to go with your cup of "pick me up" to get you through the day.
