Since I'm a white boy with no NA this place won't accept my insurance and what a shame and I have a broken tooth and this place won't help out this place has bias and judgemental people
I have been a patient here for a few years and have had to switch to a new practioner a few times due to their leaving the practice. That being said I'm always greeted at the front with a friendly smile and that means a lot! Dr. Ben is great and such a breath of fresh air. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be listened to and not rushed. He listens and I believe is an asset to this practice. I know he's on a 6 month contract but I hope he decides to stay!
Getting Dental to do anything is A JOKE! I am either constantly getting billed because the TWO receptionist don't tell me I have a copay or they charge me completely wrong. Im always waiting. There is no accountability for those two and the supervisor is a joke too, she hides in her office and won't handle any issues. The assistants are loud and always butting themselves in to things that they have no business doing. I have never had so many issues all my years going here until the new hires it's ridiculous and annoying.
Very efficient, friendly, and compassionate.
