Ms Randi was great got us in our storage unit fast with great customer service. Would definitely recommend Dallas Secure storage also had the best prices in the city!!
New ownership is great! Randi is phenomenal! Had a unit we rented for over 9yrs when it was with the previous owners. They were never there and would never answer the phone. The new owners are night and day! Randi in the front office is top notch! She is always there and always answer the phone. We are moving out and the process could not have been smoother and easier. Even when I lost my key and my card! She was able to help us like it was not big deal! You guys have a good one in her!
