I was supposed to pickup a preloaded trailer yesterday but was told by my manager that it wasn't ready yet so I shutdown for the night, got here today at noon and was told that they haven't started loading the trailer yet and can take up to 2hrs to get it loaded. I like the product, I have a couple of their fans at home but this DC is very unorganized and the lot is super small, it's right next to a neighborhood.
Just lazy they don’t care about truck drivers I was here appointment time and they just say go wait in your truck after 3 hours
Great Experience! To the dock quickly. Loaded in 45 minutes. People were friendly. Backing was a nightmare! But I will try it again.
Front guard lady with the short white hair is downright rude and disrespectful and seriously should be fired on how she talks to people like congrats you’re a guard for a fan company, that gives you the right to be downright nasty to people?
The female who works in the guard shack is rude and should look for another job asap, she despises her life and job. She should no longer interact with the public.
