Simon scammed me for 700$ after I returned a car during the cooling off period. Was led to believe there was a 30 day return policy, like most places. Gave him a down payment of $4700 and when MY mechanic (not his) wouldn’t pass the safety on a vehicle that was supposedly “safe” according to HIS mechanic, he decided to only give me back $4000 and told me that his cancellation fee was $700 which was complete bull.
