Needed a new water pump installed last year...called and left message with person that answers, but no calls were returned. They lost a long time customer. Went with Premiere and had immediate service and a fair price.
Jeremy came out to look at an issue with my sand point system. He was very knowledgeable, personable and honest. I appreciate his advise and I appreciated that there were no sales gimmicks like most HVAC companies, Laskeys will have all of my future business for that reason… take notes Reliance.
Very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly staff. They were able to answer all our questions and schedule an appointment fairly quickly.
Previous response times in previous years were good this year, 3 voice messages were not returned. Email responses were slow or not at all. I'll move on.
