Always a great place to get parts.
I am looking for a quote for water softener and RO system since Dec 17,2025. I am constantly emailing them as they were supposed to send me one as per her first email. Even i called them multiple times and every time they told me that it will be in my email shortly or at the end of day. Today is 2nd of Jan 2026 and i am still waiting on it. Anyone can imagine how will be their customer service if they can’t even send a quote.
Called in the morning about my malfunctioning AO Smith water heater. Came the same day. Knowledgeable technician who knew how to fix the problem. Would highly recommend.
