So basically I had an evaluation in their maitland office a few weeks ago. They were short on staff and they rushed through my whole evaluation. The dr that gave me my evaluation and did not have patience for meeting my needs. Today is the day that I was supposed to have surgery and I had issues getting through to the correct people to address my concerns before my surgery. DO NOT recommend! They do not test for underlying conditions and thus LASIK surgery caused RCE (a painful condition where the corneas tear several times a day). They then did not offer any help to treat the condition and we’ve been spending thousands trying to find treatment and living with needing constant eye drops and constant pain. The LASIK results were also suboptimal and vision is blurry and double after 2 years. The best! Very helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Alban is so nice and walks you through every step of the operation. Her friendly demeanor put me at ease. And it took less then 10mins for both eyes! Impressed with postOp care package. It came with everything you'll need for post OP care even oral eye vitamins.
