Lasik surgery was a great experience at Lasik Plus with Dr Ellis and staff. The discomfort was much less than I expected, the procedure was fast, and I was able to see later that day. Dr Ellis even called later the day to check on me..which was a pleasant surprise. I am sure that I will be saying "Why didn’t I do this sooner?"
My husband had been considering Lasik for several years. With a prescription of -7 and -6.5, we knew this would be life changing for him. I think the typical negative hype surrounding the procedure was what dettered him for so many years. On a whim, I called and scheduled a consultation for him. After the consult, all fears were set aside and we decided to move forward with it. Following the procedure he was watching TV within 6 hours with clear vision. What a great experience from beginning consultation to the procedure - Well deserved 5 stars!
From start to finish, it was a great experience. Nine days after my consultation, I was having my procedure. My procedure took place around 5:00 PM, on a Thursday, and I was back at work by 8:00 AM the next day. If you are considering LASIK, this is the place to have it done!
My husband had the lasik plus done this morning it's been only 6 hours since his surgery and he's been walking around and running errands with me without any problems. He keeps on commenting on how he can see everything. So far everything has been great!
