I have been nearsighted for a very large chunk of my life. I went into this LasikPlus after seeing all of the great reviews and man are they not lying! The consultation was quick and easy and I was able to schedule my surgery the same week! The surgery process literally took like 30 min total and was absolutely painless. My anxiety was as high as my expectations, but the surgeon & his staff helped me turn it into excitement to push ahead. The procedure was professional & efficient every step of the way. Afterwards, I took a long nap, and when I woke up, I could see so well that I drove later the same day. I didn't experience any itching or pain, but I obeyed the aftercare instructions to the letter all the same. LASIK is a marvel I wish I had done sooner & I highly recommend it to anyone ready for the gift of sight!
Today i had a huge problem with my interest and billing, i wasnt able to figure it out at all with care credit, they were about to charge me double the amount i owed, due to language barrier but BROOKE, today was in who is a fairly new employee but regardless she helped us for two hours, advocated for us and helped solve the problem, she ensured the interest came down to 0 dollars for us, super helpful and kind!
