From consultation to procedure my experience with LASIK Plus has been amazing! David and the staff are very friendly and are always there to answer questions. The procedure itself was a walk in the park and now I have perfect vision. I couldn’t be happier with my decision and would highly recommend LASIK to anyone who is interested!
I have been trying to get my refund money for weeks. While the staff that work in the office are very nice, the phone number forwards to an overseas call center that is unable to help. Even when I'm told the refund has been processed, the money does not appear in my account. Disappointing and unprofessional.
The staff is friendly except for a specific person. I overheard staff gossiping about patients and calling one of them “slow” and they were giggling about it. Someone I know went here for surgery and it was not successful, which led to an argument which I seemed as unprofessional. You go in expecting something good and when you get something that totally messes up your vision of course you’ll be upset. So far great experience they walked me through everything helped with getting the finance in place. Called me to relieve any anxiety or questions I had. Today’s procedure day and I’m so exited!
Very professional i had it for $199 10 years ago and still loving it.
