All around outstanding customer service. Dr. Thomas and team are highly skilled and professional. The procedure itself took 15 minutes. I woke up the next day with 15/20 vision. Highly recommend.
I went with a little bit of anxiety but the staff made it so seamless, quick and friendly. I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I do NOT have contacts in, but I’m slowly enjoying and loving the fact that I do NOT! I wish I would’ve done this 20+ years ago. The entire experience was so great!! from the consult to the exam and then the procedure.. they answered all my questions with great detail. Dr. Thomas was amazing during the procedure, talking through everything that was happening and what i should be seeing or feeling. Staff was so kind and calming during this exciting experience. I was beyond nervous and the staff helped to ensure I was comfortable and calm. Dr.Thomas was very calming and reassuring during the procedure and walked me through step by step. When I woke up in the morning my vision was as clear as wearing glasses I was amazed to be honest! I definitely am thrilled with my results.
Lasik plus provided Me with excellent care during my Lasik process and did not try to upsell me like other lasik surgery centers I had consultation with.
