I had my LASIK done at the Oakbrook location by Dr. Horn and two wonderful assistants. I was really nervous, but they were so kind and talked me through every step. Everyone in the office was friendly and helped put me at ease before the procedure.
The process was pretty quick and easy, starting from making the first consult which for me ended up being a surgery day so I was able to get it done the same day! The staff was very friendly and contacted me several times before the consult date to check if I have any questions and to make the process even more seamless when I arrived. It’s amazing waking up and being able to read the clock on my phone without putting it an inch from my face!
Really professional, friendly and knowledgeable providers and staff. Made the whole process easy fast and efficient.
Pretty good experience just one unprofessional optometrist but management handled it well. I would recommend this place to others looking for LASIK.
