The staff was A pleasure and the doctor was very thorough on testing. Originally, my first appointment was impressively with a staff member and a virtual Doctor Who was able to conduct testing on the machine I was sitting Behind. I’m in my mid 40s, so that kind of thing still boggles my mind. The Doctor Who did my surgery made sure that I was tested again, thoroughly prior to performing the Lasik. Great experience at Lasik Plus and after 20 years of glasses & contacts the feeling is amazing to be able to see planes in the sky! Everyone is very professional and supportive which takes the nervousness and uncertainty out of the equation. Would 100% recommend!
First point of contact was Judy, the eye tech. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Set me at ease. I got same day LASIK and couldn’t be happier. Went from 20/200 to 20/15 the very next day. Unbelievable, honestly. Very nice staff. Very efficient operation. Patient-centric operation. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
