I was examined by Dr. DePascual last month. Informed me my cataracts were ready to be removed. When I mentioned our move to Mansfield Tx in late February, he informed me it be best if I waited to get the procedure in Dallas.given he would not be able to follow up. Appreciated the honesty putting patient ahead of $$.
Rocio Welsh, very good at wasting patient time! I called this office 11x times aug-nov 2025, spent over 10hrs on hold or talking to Rocio or one of her staff in surgery. I spent 16hrs driving, 4 days, hotel visits, of my time to find out Rocio lied to me about the cost of RLE surgery, never once did I say cataract surgery & also corrected her 3x when she made that mistake on calls with me.
