Very knowledgeable curious, and professional.
I was first seen at location on Laurel and again today on Trawood. The tech did all the necessary eye exam only to be told that they were not in Network with my insurance BCBS! I need cataract surgery badly. So why were they not upfront with me in the beginning?!!
