Because of humidity and allergies, I rubbed a ton of eyelashes off and was panicking before my big trip. Lashwell was incredibly understanding. They not only squeezed me in right before my flight to fix them, but also added extra in case more eyelashes fell off. In addition, she refused to accept my offer to pay for the service since it was my fault. Thank you for being so understanding!!
