Jaz was so rude, mean, and nasty to me, she canceled my appointment for no reason, blocked me when I tried to ask why, & refunded me $45 day of the appt. However, my Zelle wasn't set up to recieve money due to me changing phone carriers. I'm out of town working so it took me a min to fix that. I fixed it, but there was no refund. Zelle told me that's because after 2 weeks they send it back to sender! I didn't know I had any issues receiving Zelle because I can send them. Just got back from my appointment and looked in my mirror. Dezhaela nailed them! I had told her how the last place I had been going to just didn't seem to get what I wanted and she reassured me that if it wasn't right she would work on getting my lashes to what I wanted which is awesome that she listened but she really did nail it on the first try Thank you!!!!
All the ladies are so awesome and professional, such a fun and relaxing environment and my lashes by Amber and Stephanie always last so long
