Bought a groupon, and tried for 2 months to get an appointment. Never returned my calls. When I reached someone finally, I was told she didn’t have the schedule in front of her and would call me back shortly. Never happened. Ended up having to ge a refund from groupon. Very unprofessional!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible if i could give this spot 0 stars i would ... don't waste your time horrible customer service tried for 3 months to get an appointment and never got a call back had a groupon guess that doesnt count as a paying client. I wouldn't waste my time trying here at least some professionalism is needed if your providing a service.

I got Microblading done and it has been perfect so far... First of all thank you Elena for letting me come in with my son.in regards to my eyebrows :my eyebrows were over plucked and short on the ends, was really nervous about getting the procedure done, but I am super happy I went thru with it. They are slightly flaking and fading as this is day 5, but I knew what to expect. And I absolutely loved them the day after I had them done.Elena also offered me 50 % discount to get my natural eyelashes done.I am so happy I visited ... read more
