Mornings 10:00 am - 12:00 pm are by Appointment. We carry violins, violas, & cellos ranging from $250- $10,000 for purchase. Our rental program offers easy to play, high quality instruments at reasonable prices. We come from a background of violin making and offer professional, on-site repairs and restoration for violins, violas, and cellos. All of our sales staff are trained in repair and are actual string musicians, so you can be sure your questions are answered by someone who knows where you're coming from!

Good work, mediocre instruments I had a peg that was stuck not too long ago and I took it to Lashof Violins to fix. Sure enough they took it and within a day it was all done. The loaner they gave me however sounded somewhat flat. It just could not project the musicI was playing. The service fees for tuning and repair are some of the best I've seen. The service itself isn't half bad either. It has plenty of parking, but I wish the hours were longer to accomodate those who work.

good help I'm one of those violinist that has never really found a chin/shoulder rest that REALLY worked for me. The Lashof people took out like every one they had and put them all on for me. It took most of an hour but I think I finally got something that'll work! Yea! I'm so glad I went to a store that had all the supplies and could give me the time to figure it out and had someone to help me.
I recently had my great-grandfather's violin restored/refurbished at this store. It is a hundred year old German violin that had been passed down to my mother and then to me. I never played much but my son is now taking lessons. I had high hopes that he would be able to play this wonderful violin but when I opened the case - what a mess!
