Mornings 10:00 am - 12:00 pm are by Appointment. We carry violins, violas, & cellos ranging from $250- $10,000 for purchase. Our rental program offers easy to play, high quality instruments at reasonable prices. We come from a background of violin making and offer professional, on-site repairs and restoration for violins, violas, and cellos. All of our sales staff are trained in repair and are actual string musicians, so you can be sure your questions are answered by someone who knows where you're coming from!

We visited today to rent a viola for my son, who is learning to play at school. The young man who helped us was kind, incredibly well informed, and patient in answering our every question. He took great care in ensuring the fit of my son’s instrument and explaining the rental process to me. The experience could not have been more pleasant.
I have five string instruments (three violins, two violas), all pro quality instruments that I entrust to the folks as Lashofs.
This shop is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful people.
Best customer service! Knowledgable staff, very friendly, great service. Staff helped me pick new strings for my violin letting me know the differences in my options, suggested helpful tips on maintaining my violin and they did a great job repairing it when the body had some cracks. Definitely the best! Oh and recently did a great job on a new bridge (I'm a bit rough with my violin apparently).
