I am not from the area and April was wonderful to work with. She also really saved me when the property taxes weren't property paid for by the bank at closing. She found out and contacted me immediately. The tax office put it in the paper and never notified me if she wouldn't of let me know I don't know what would of happened.
April has helped us over the years with different real estate properties. She has always gone above and beyond in this space. April is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
