I found Denise originally through a Groupon last year and I am soooo glad I did. She does incredible work and my lashes last a full two weeks for fills, I could go longer but it’s my preference lol. Eye lashes were falling out as soon as I left office. Extensions were Completely gone after only a few days!!!! I called to complain. I got a text message back to apologize and say sometimes the glue doesn’t adhere to lash?? And that everyone is different??? I asked for refund or a credit to see if someone else can redo lashes. No one answered me, no call back. Nothing. I left 2 voicemails. Unprofessional a complete waste of money.

I had my lashes done last week. Although the woman was very nice I tried to contact her several times because the lashes are very sparse and there are fewer on my right eye than on my left eye. I have been told that she is very busy and unable to get me in... I am very unhappy and would not recommend them to anyone. I am a business owner and I understand things not going perfectly all the time, but when a client is unhappy, make time to make it right !!
