We recently had our asphalt driveway completely replaced in Ham Lake. Due to the hot weather we were advised to wait over 3 weeks before parking on it. To our surprise, this week a heavy Lashinski septic service truck was parked on our brand new driveway while servicing our next door neighbor’s septic system. Our neighbor was as shocked as we were. I only trust my septic - from its full replacement to it's on-going care to Lashinski Services. This is multi-generational family business that is well respected in the North Metro for their expertise (the City of Andover uses them for consultations), transparency on pricing and professionalism.
I have used Lashinski Septic services for years. Jim and Ryan have always been good to me. They have always been straight forward about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They always stuck with their estimate. Once my line was frozen because we had no snow and it was very cold. I had been out of town a lot. Jim and Ryan came to help immediately, thawing the frozen area and leaving a heat blanket to make sure we were okay until spring. I would recommend them any day.
I have used Lashinski Services since 1992. Mostly recently, today, 08/20/18. They arrived on time, and did a thorough job of pumping my tank and inspecting it. I have never had any problems using this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Absolutely horrible. We bought a house were the septic was bad and the pervious owners hired this company to do the work. They took longer then they said and were not done on the day of closing. Once they finally finished it was not good. They tore up the entire yard and side yard, left garbage in the yard and covered it up with dirt. They were suppose to lay seed down on the dirt for grass to grow back and didnt. They hit a tree and knocked it over. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in the way the septic system turned out. I realized that updating a septic system can drastically change the topography and landscaping of a yard, particularly when you have a very small lot with a high water table. We had extensive discussion with the sellers prior to construction to ensure they were aware of the requirements for installation and how the end product would turn out. I used this company for 15 years and recently had someone else come to empty the septic. They told me we had 2 tanks and one had not been emptied for 15 years. This is disgusting that a company will do this knowing there is no way a homeowner can check their work. What an awful company!!!

Debra - My records indicate that we have been at your property to service the septic system 5 times from 2004 though 2015 and that you have a single tank with two compartments totaling 1600-gallons. I have compared my records with the City of Ramsey and this is consistent with what they have on file from the time of installation. My records also indicate that both tanks (or both compartments) were pumped, 1600-gallons, at every service with the exception of 2006 when only 1000-gallons was removed.
