I had an appointment for a classic full set with Dayne. Within a couple of days, a lot of the lashes had fallen out. I was a little upset as lashes are not cheap and I texted her. She agreed that it wasn’t and that I could come in for a fill, free of charge. It’s been a week and I’ve only lost less than 10 lashes so far. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and understanding that Dayne showed throughout. When I went in for a fill I called ahead of time and said I have several lashes missing so it may take longer. Then when I went to my appointment she did not tell me that I would be charged for a full set with tax was $170 if she would have told me that I was going to be charged that much I would have declined the service. I feel she should have discussed the condition of my lashes and what she felt needed to be done and tell me the price before she even started.
