I had an appointment for a classic full set with Dayne. Within a couple of days, a lot of the lashes had fallen out. I was a little upset as lashes are not cheap and I texted her. She agreed that it wasn’t and that I could come in for a fill, free of charge. It’s been a week and I’ve only lost less than 10 lashes so far. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and understanding that Dayne showed throughout.
