I have been a loyal client of this studio for over a year and never had any issues until my last two appointments with Michelle. What is most concerning is that she mapped and drew the shape of my brows before waxing, yet still removed part of the tail of one eyebrow on two separate occasions. After the second time, it became impossible for me to view this as simply a lack of attention to detail. The weed smell is not cool ! I could have went to the hood salons in Queens for that !
The girl at the fronts desk are not welcoming at all even if it by appointments only you should be more welcoming this is some business you should receive anyone with a smile polite
