I went to (not going to name) she has a lot of great reviews I showed her a few pictures of the wispy hybrid set I use to get (I moved) she put fans on almost every single eyelash which my 3 year eyelash tech told me wasn’t normal or recommended bc it damages the lash! When I first left I couldn’t see but as days and then almost two weeks went on I kept getting a burning eye sensation. I recently got my eyebrows laminated and I love love them. Aracelys was my tech. She was so sweet and professional . She took her time to listen to what I wanted done. She was so patient because i didn’t want my eyebrows tent to be too boxy, I wanted to look natural. She gave me tips on how ta care for them so they can last longer. THABK YOU Aracelys
I give five stars because i LOVE this place now. In the past experienced a slight issue with a front desk girl where she tried to charge my card weeks after, alleging i had not canceled a previous appointment- thankfully i kept my rescheduling proofs & text message records (this was years ago btw, and it wasn't with any of the owners because they are ALL good people from my experience). I had made an appointment with this company and I was involved in a car accident on my way to my appointment. So I called to cancel my appointment not witholding my emotion of distress and explained the reason as to why and they still charged me for my visit. When the person that i spoke with assured me that i would not be charged. This was a while ago but I never put my review.
