Dobi’s customer service is unbeatable every time
I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Lashgod! I went in for a lash lift and brow lamination, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. This is the first time I’ve absolutely loved both my lashes and my brows, they look incredible, even after washing them. A huge shoutout to Natalie, who did my service. Walked in and not one person greeted or anything just watched me and I stood there for 30 mins without anyone helping. Worst customer service. Would not recommend
Booked a hybrid full set through ClassPass and Elly was my lash tech. She was amazing and did such a great job with my lashes. She asked for reference pictures and asked me exactly what I like. The timing was perfect and the lashes came out perfect. The whole vibe was great! Highly recommend and they offer a variety of services.
