I decided to try this spot after finding their lash services on TikTok. My lashes had previously been damaged by another salon, so I was nervous about getting another lash lift. However, they were very professional and took the time to explain every step of the process to me, even helping me understand what went wrong at the previous place I went to. I got a lash lift and tint with Renee, and it’s been about a week or two now. I’m very happy with the results! Will definitely be booking again!
I don’t leave negative reviews at all but I have to do this to make sure others don’t run into similar issues and waste their time. Natalia the lash technician is very unprofessional and they have issue with cross checking bookings. She is moody and speaks unprofessionally and uses aversive body language when speaking dismissively.
