I had high hopes for this place but left very disappointed so unfortunately it will my first and last time visiting. The first issue is that I had called to book my services and asked for Gel-x manicure but got booked with a tech that only did bio gel so when I showed up, nobody else could do gel-x so I was stuck, mind you I’m leaving on vacation in 2 days so I don’t have time to make another visit or go elsewhere. I am very disappointed with this spa. I have been a loyal customer, and every time I visited, I spent a lot of money and always paid for my services, including tips. Unfortunately, due to serious personal circumstances, I had to cancel my appointments twice. Today, when I tried to book another appointment, I was told I had to pay almost $70 in cancellation fees before I could receive any service. The money is not the issue. Got a wispy hybrid set here from Regina and had a great experience. Love my lashes it’s one of the best sets I’ve ever gotten! Will definitely return soon! Went back and Renee did an amazing wispy volume on me. In love!
