Walked in and not one person greeted or anything just watched me and I stood there for 30 mins without anyone helping. Worst customer service. Would not recommend
Booked a hybrid full set through ClassPass and Elly was my lash tech. She was amazing and did such a great job with my lashes. She asked for reference pictures and asked me exactly what I like. The timing was perfect and the lashes came out perfect. The whole vibe was great! Highly recommend and they offer a variety of services.

Paid for 1–3 day express shipping, waited a week in silence. No updates. No warning. I finally reached out, and then they decided to ask for verification because it was a gift (different billing and shipping). That policy is not mentioned anywhere. I decided to try this spot after finding their lash services on TikTok. My lashes had previously been damaged by another salon, so I was nervous about getting another lash lift. However, they were very professional and took the time to explain every step of the process to me, even helping me understand what went wrong at the previous place I went to. I got a lash lift and tint with Renee, and it’s been about a week or two now. I’m very happy with the results! Will definitely be booking again!
