What should have been an hour and a half turned into a 5-hour fiasco. Tanya did my mom's lashes The appointment started at 12:30 and didn't finish until 5:00. I was worried about my Mom. There were long lashes towards the corner of her nose and small ones that didn't belong in the spot they were in, by the next morning half of them were falling out. If you get your hair done here, beware! Alaina allegedly, messes up your hair, tries to charge you extra to fix HER mistake, and doesn’t offer a refund. These policies were not told to the client until AFTER accepting payment from the client. Shocking. The stylist also gaslight you into believing that you were the problem when she didn’t listen to what you wanted to begin with. The lighting is also terrible so you can’t see how bad it is until after you get home. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE WITH HER, or anyone in the salon if ... read more
