So I got my extensions in on November 1st. The lashes fell out like 2 weeks after installed but that isn’t my biggest issue here. The lady at the front desk set me up for “refill appointments” .What she explained to me was the system will ONLY automatically set me up an appointment!!! AN APPOINTMENT!!! And that someone will call to verify that Appointment... What she did not disclose to me was that this recurring payment Happens automatically. Avoid this place if you can... their lashes are very cheap quality and they don’t do a good job. I regret it going to this place never again!!!

Horrible. Appointment for 10 am, waited 30 minutes. The only person there had NO ANSWER for where anyone is. 3 people waiting with no answers. THEN I get an text telling me my appointment has been moved without any explanation or without asking me. Seriously, worst service ever. Go elsewhere.

look very nice and beautiful and very cozy, but that’s not why I give them a poor rating. This place as by far one of the worst customer service! When I first came here my lashes was very thin and it fall out veryQuick. I thought it was because I ask for a natural look that why and plus I join the membership so I decided to come again it’s was much better but it didn’t lasted so long. I call to cancel my appointments with and the membership. That’s what I thought but two months after the charge me so I call to get my money b... read more
