Do not spend your money here. I've been going here for yearss and because of their own system issue my appointment got “cancelled”. I even have explained to them that I got a text confirmation saying my appointment was at 3:30 on 4/8/25 but they said we don’t have the appointment on the schedule. Even with proof the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Charging me for something that was their fault. Smh

I am really happy with a lot of things that pertain to this business. 1. the cleanliness of the place is great. They make it really comfortable for the clients with a blanket to use while they work on your lashes. 2. The owner take a lot of pride with being helpful. I have a normal lash technician that was out of town so someone else did my lashes and they fell out more quickly than usual. I voiced my discontent and Anna really cared.
