I am from Washington state and spend winters in Az. I found Noelle over a year ago and have been having her do my lashes since. Noelle is very conscientious and her work is superb. Noelle has been doing my lashes for years! They are always so well done, and she makes sure that they are exactly how I want them! The lashes she did for my wedding day are still talked about when people look at my wedding photos!
Requested a volume fill received a hybrid....right eye was not equal to the left eye and changed the diameter of the lashes...she didn't was or disinfect her hands! Not a very clean environment. Would not recommend.
