Best lash tech in town! Possibly the Koots entirely!! I've been getting lash extensions for a decade and have used a dozen tech-savvy form coast to coast, and Kylee is by far one of the absolute best. Her placements are impeccable and her retention is excellent. She's timely and accommodating, kind and cool. Honestly can't recommend her enough ☆⁵
