Unreliable. Cancelled on me last minute the weekend of a wedding I was attending after I had booked this appointment almost a month in advance. The only lash tech that I've dealt with that doesn't text you a day before to remind you of your appointment. I usually texted her to REMIND her. Do not rely on her if you have an important event/or vacation to go to and want your lashes done.

Wonderful job and fabulous results. Karen's attention to detail in her lovely workplace made the whole experience sublime. My lashes look awesome. BEST EVER. Thank you Karen.
This was the first place I ever got my lashes done and Karen set a high bar. Her place is in a very convenient location, and the room she does the lashes in is private, comfortable, and relaxing, there's gentle music playing in the background and a blanket that you can get under while she works on you. Best in the City, Karen is a perfectionist and her work shows it! I’ve gone to other places in the past but this is my favourite by far. The space is inviting, very relaxing, clean and easy to get to. Karen herself is a very kind person. I always enjoy my appointments - it’s nice to have some quiet time and I leave feeling fabulous with perfect lashes!
