This was my first appt with Jessi and a refill from somewhere else. Jessi reached out before my appt to welcome me and provide instructions for my arrival. Once I got there, it was easy to find her and her super cute studio! We chatted through preferences for the refill & she got right to work -- taking gentle care of my face and making my lashes look great!
