I had a disappointing experience with my lash extensions. They started falling out just 10 days after the appointment, which is much earlier than expected. I reached out to the lash artist to understand why this happened, but unfortunately, I received no response. I believe customer service is just as important as the service itself, and I expected better communication and accountability. Would not recommend based on my experience
I absolutely adore my visits with Eriko who lives down the street from me! How great is that! ! Not only is she incredibly skilled, but her warm and welcoming vibe makes every appointment a treat. Her two dogs Mochi & Khai are adorable, adding an extra dose of joy to the experience. She nails that perfect, natural looking every time, leaving my brows looking flawless yet not overly done. Highly recommend her exceptional service!
Lift and tint- Okay, here's a more casual and friendly version of Option 1 for your review! Option 1 (Casual & Friendly) Just had my 2nd time getting an eye lift and tint with Eriko, and she's the absolute best! She's so nice and totally professional, but still makes you feel super comfy. I'm always SO happy with how my lashes look. Definitely my go-to lash guru!

I got an eyebrow henna tint a lash lift by Erico. She is so welcoming! I left feeling so beautiful. My eyebrows and lashes look so natural. She took her time and explained every step. I would highly recommend her.
