The appointment with the tech in the private room would have been great, but the hygiene made me uncomfortable. She kept touching her phone and then my eyes without sanitizing in between. Cleanliness is extremely important for lash services, so I hope she improves her hygiene practices. Other than that I was pleased with her work .

I found the perfect lash artist she matched the inspo picture to the T. I recommend Alyssa Vasquez. I asked for a volume cat eye and she ate that.
I gave this place a try despite past trauma from bad lash experiences, and unfortunately, Lashes & Beauty added to that trauma instead of healing it. I paid $65 expecting a clean, luxury service—but the lashes were falling off as soon as I touched them. The girl I use to use for lash extensions left the salon. Since the salon is so convenient I tried a new girl. Dani I used once, she asked to move my appointment up over an hour the same day of the appointment so I did. Then made a fill appointment with her. I had the same issue she tried to get me to come in 45 minutes early with less than 2 hours notice.
