I contacted Meg to check availability prior to purchasing a voucher for lashes. She advised availability for the Saturday just in time for my event! I was thrilled and confirmed I'd take the appointment and then purchased the voucher. I then followed up today and she advised she had gone ahead and cancelled my appointment as I didn't message her my voucher number!!!!! Had I not got in touch today I would not have even known and just arrived . She was unapologetic, rude and unhelpful and I'm now too late to book anywhere else... read more

Very difficult to deal with and did not honour a voucher despite failing to turn up for a scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional

Best brow place ever.. I have been to so many brows for threading & after many year i found finally one that definitely work with your brow shape & consult you first before shaping it.. i was surprise with before consultation on my brows as how they were different and what i wanted to change it in too.. Meg even offer special price on brow extension so i can see how my brow will look if incase i want to go with brow tattoo or feathering.. & also tried lash extension must say worth going on waiting list or going to experience... read more
