I had an appointment scheduled for 6:40pm a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time visiting their new location, and I arrived a few minutes late after having trouble finding it. When I got there, there were people talking In The back but there was no one at the front desk. Horrible attitude from lash tech, insane prices and an overall bad experience I’ll never be back. Constantly talks about previous clients, things I wouldn’t want her saying to other clients about me. I know too many girls who have had the same experience
Excellent professional service. Had teeth whitened- no sensitivity after. Also, nice brow tint. Shantel is very pleasant and does a great job.
